vSewa-Course Project

Leading a group of four students under the guidance of professor S.C Gupta; Developing an android app called vSewa from scratch using android studio and firebase(for database storage and authentication).
ABOUT APP:
There are people in the city who are old age, PWD, needy. They need sometimes voluntarily help(like sometimes they need help at railway stations, metros for mobility, to move heavy stuff from one place to another in their house, etc ). So, they required someone voluntarily to help them. A lot of NGOs struggle to reach out to people and recruit volunteers, increase publicity for their cause and manage volunteers and events efficiently. On the other hand, there are people with a job or while studying, who would like to volunteer in their free time, but they are not able to do this due to lack of platform and motivation. We aim to create a platform to cater to the needs of individuals and NGOs.
So vSewa provide a platform to help locally to old age people, PWD, needy by connecting with people who want to volunteer and also increase awareness in people.

Dummy Library Management Sysem

FEBRUARY 2020 - MARCH 2020

3D Scanner using Tof Sensor and raspberry pi

Developing a 3D scanner using Raspberry Pi and Time of Flight sensor
- Designed and fabricated a wooden round rotating stand, with up and down movement of tof sensor using two servo motor

Data Structures and Algorithm

Course Project

- Implemente classical Producer-Consumer problem using data structures (Priority Queue, Circular queue, Stacks).
- The multithreade implementation allowed synchronization dureing reading and modifications in the buyer/seller lists.
- Implemented graph data structure algorithm to determine topological space using triangulation approximation method.
- Implemented project management (Jov Schedular) using data structures (Red Black Tree, Max Heap, Proirity Queue).
- Maintained student database using LinkedList, implemented methods to retrieve and update data fro spceific students.
